    Gentlemen, I write this thread with mixed emotions. A few months ago I was so excited to get this car. As you know, it is a modified 550 with an automatic top that was created by Straman. I think that it looks so much better than the Barchetta with the top up, but that is just my opinion (and a few others. see past chat). I had planned on keeping this car into my retirement years. Unfortunately, fate had other ideas and so did my wife. Not to bore everyone, but my wife had very negative thoughts about having this car ( or possibly any ferrari). I love my wife more than the car so it has to go. I have Sterns auto strategies selling it for me and you can see it on E-bay too. If anyone is interested contact them. I might check this site from time to time but now it has lost the lustre for me. Enjoy your cars guys and thanks for the chat. Al

    Impressive conversion...any pics with the top up? It certainly does have a much better profile than the Barchetta IMO.

    The agent that is selling the car will be taking some pictures of the car with the top up this weekend. Someone interested in the car wanted to see that and I don't blame him. As far as the reserve, I can't say, but it is definitely reasonable. I am not looking to make money but I don't want to take a bath either. As some of you recall, I got it for a reasonable amount. Anyone that is truly interested can call Jeff or John at Sterns automotive strategies. They have a website too.

    Problem is its not just a car, I would never put up w that bcus Ive loved Ferraris since I was 5 yrs old & I would never accept some1 telling me I cant have 1 bcus they cant control their own insecurities.

    1st its the car, later it will be you cant wear that jacket, then you cant go to the gym, then you cant see your friends.

    If you dont make a stand a woman will walk all over you and WOMEN DONT RESPECT MEN THEY CAN WALK ALL OVER !!!!!!!!!!!!

    A story like this makes me appreciate my wife even more! She doesn't like my cars, won't drive them but most importantly she lets me have them.
