September 2022, I ordered the window side grills from https://www.allferrariparts.com/ for my 308. When I received my order, the RH grill was mismatched and not looking like it should - no silver lining. I called them and they said send it back so they can find the correct replacement. I sent both LH and RH grills back. All good so far. A few days later, they contacted me to tell me they found the replacement and wanted to charge $250.00+$285.95 additional as the pricing is different due to the different products. I paid.

I received the order today and found out that they had painted the same part (mismatched RH grill) and sent it back to me along with the other part (LH grill) that was the same I received originally. I have pictures to compare what was delivered in the first order and the second and they were exactly the same. Only difference being, the RH grill was now painted albeit not perfectly so to the trained eye, its obviously not OEM finish and wont match the LH grill 100%.

I am OK if they had charged me $285.95 extra for the one that they had painted. What I am not OK about is that they charged me $250 extra to ship the same old LH grill that I already paid for.

I called them and they said they will issue a full refund once I ship the grills back to them. I am going to do that.

Well at least you are getting your money back. Thanks for the heads up.

I probably would have given them a chance to follow through with the full refund before posting this.

No. That's an incredibly shoddy thing to do, that they did. People should know. They agreed to a full refund in hopes he won't out them, most likely.
