Ronnie. I dont dislike you. In fact without you who would I pick on. Im not the one that has to start 3 seperate threads about getting a new car to seek the approval of a bunch of people that are not really my friends. Also No one and I repeat no one has told me to ease off of you. In fact The opposite. I have gotten Phone calls, emails, and pms from your own circle of (socalled ) friends to keep it up because they are in tears laughing. Also I challenge you to show me a comment that is or was distastefull. I dont sugar coat it Ronnie. I dont want to be that friend that sees you once in awhile at a car show and we nod at each other and I say Nice car etc, etc.. I want to be that other friend. (THE ONE THAT PUSHES YOU TO BECOME MORE) Whats the point if I cant encourage you to get a girl friend. (maybe lets get one in the car first). I also remember a day when we used to talk. That all changed one day. I know I didnt start it. Well maybe I did. As far as advice It doesnt look like you need my advice financially unless we are talking about the ladies that I could help you with. Its all love baby. I hope for 2008 that you will lighten up and just relax im not out to get you. Instead of being defensive go on the offense then you will get that respect that you so desire. Ronnie is nothing short of a class act and he's the last guy to tease, harass or make hurtful comments about anybody. Because he's so mellow & easy-going, and with a few other factors, he's an easy mark...and it's really sad that certain people exploit that to find cheap traction for amusement.

PM's, emails and phone calls supporting the degradation of this man? encouraging you to keep it up??.....I don't think so. And Ronnie has never sought the approval of anyone. He's only posting about his 360 because he feels compelled to help the dealership that gave him a good deal and to help the local community find their way to a clean 360. He's a good guy and has nothing but friends.

It's disgusting to read such a distorted and malicious statement directed at him....why not just apologize rather then fireback such a sarcastic & nasty response. Crap like this is why things are getting weaker within our community...and yes; it's something we all have to work on if we want to keep the grins upwards.

(JJ, I barely met ya....but this is that delicate point where you can either apologize and get some respect or take it a step further and find yourself on some people's ****-list.....your call and I sincerely hope you do the right thing. And no, it doesn't involve a whoopee-cushion)

 

Remember that stuff guys and gals. It was long before the forums of the internet allowed us to reach into our own little cans of "littleness" and spew KaKa at a moment's notice. But, since those days of old, we've come a long way - - technologically. And now we can spew it instantly, with far reaching effects.

All of a sudden, we are forced to look at momentary responsibility for the things we say - things said, that we can so easily pull out of a musty can, and say ---- to an audience that is tuned in by the thousands, no, millions!! Folks, we collectivly, must "grow up". If we get our jollies by poking "whatever" at other people, it seems to me, we are the ones lacking the mental vitamins needed to fortify a whole person.

I guess I'm getting sick, to the point of ANGER, at the number of irresponsible (classless) posts made by people who are old enough, educated enough and (we would hope) sensitive enough to know better - - just to get a rise out of another or other members. F****N' KNOCK IT OFF!!!!

Ferrari, the car and the owners of them now, those who may have owned them in the past, those who will own them in the future and - - and those who really have no desire to own one at all------------If you're reading this now, we are here together now - no?

Well said. I Agree. Ronnie is a GREAT guy. Congrats on the car is all that should be heard. As per posting threads....he is hardly an offender. I am proud to have Ronnie as a friend. As per attacks....why even bother....I think it would be easy to attack any of us....especially from behind a computer....I would personally prefer for someone to attack me face to face...but that is just me. Best wishes to all.

As for me, I Agree. Ronnie is a GREAT guy. I have met him twice at VCR and he's a very mellow and easy going guy.
The posts which Ronnie made, were not to gloat or say "Look, I got an F430!!!" .... but to just say .."Hey,I got a new car, so if any F-chat member is looking for a nice clean 360 ..goto Auto Gallery and buy my old car".

Look, it's the start of a New Year!!! ... so lets all just try to make it a resolution to get along better with other members.
The point of this F-chat board, is to put people with common interests together ....to hang out..have fun ..and be buddies.

JJ what is your problem? Every time I read a tread that you feel the need to chime in it is something negative. All the time. What's your deal man? There is no need for your comments at all. I find them completely out of line. Ronnie is very proud that he got his car. He worked hard to buy it and enjoys every minute of driving not only the 430, but he loved the 360 too. I dont find anything wrong with his posts at all. He is simply just trying to help out the dealership, the community, as well as a great person and friend who now works at AG, Gary. I find it quite honorable actually that he would go out of his way to helping sell his car. So JJ please explain to me what is so wrong with that and where you find the need to bash on that? As for the passenger seat comments what is up with that? I dont drive with a passenger, why don't you try and talk s**t about me? In fact I chose not to drive with a passenger so that I can enjoy my car by myself as "my own get away from the busy life." So what is wrong with that? You're remarks are just so childish is every way and completely without merit. You ruin a good thread that is trying to do good things. What's up? It's time to stop the BS and just let his posts be. So I ask you nicely as someone who enjoys this board and the people on it, just stop the game because now it is getting annoying.
Also JJ, often times I see you come to Cigar Night, which is something that we all very much enjoy, and when I see you there you always seem to be having a nice time, like me. I would hate to see Cigar Night or the car events for that matter become something where we don't get along because of the stupid comments made on this board. So let's just end this BS game now and move on with it. It is really getting old.
