I bought this tonight. It is a 70 quart Coleman. It isn't the one I really wanted but it was in stock and seems to seal pretty well. I can not tell if it has a digital readout for viewing and setting the RH like the oasis. I see that it has a readout for viewing the RH. I like the idea of an active system. I've been reading about some problems people have had with their active systems. I ordered a pound of 65% beads. I'll try it out, if its stable I'll just stick with them.
May work for short term storage but the plastic gives off an odor that I would not subject my collection to long term. If you are set on using this cooler I would add several planks of cedar.
