my f355 almost stalled on me

i had some new tires and wheels put on today. as i was driving home (50 miles or so) the air bag light came on, the both check engine lights and abs lights lit up. about 30 seconds later all the lights in the car became dimmer and the car acted as if it was going to stall. (lucky for me i was already in front of my house.... i parked it and tried to start it up, it sounded like the battery was dead. so i waited about 10 minutes, and the car started right up.. all the warning lights were off, and the car runs fine.
anyone know what might be wrong? or am i going to have to spend 10000 bucks at the dealer again?
