2005 F430 F1 with 7K miles on it. I drive it twice a week at least.

In the past 6 months I have had to bring it in 5 times to get the clutch adjusted, it's fine for like 150 miles, then it starts stalling again where you really have to rev it on launch to keep it from stalling.

Anyone else have this problem? It's still under warranty, so the dealership re-adjusts it every time it goes out, but it's becoming a pain...

Yea, I know what your talking about. It sounds like they need to set it back to default each time. Probably a puter software glitch. How's this one get handled after warranty runs out?...... gulp!

Good news is the 430's are pretty easy on the clutch mine had minimal wear.

Had this issue with mine, clutch showed 91% however it was something else with the clutch that was bad. Basically I needed to change the clutch and no matter how many times there gonna adjust your PIS your gonna need to change out your clutch plate, and in this case you'll do the whole clutch job. I already went through this, this is exactly to a tee what i went through.

What'd that run? Are you sure a new clutch job wasn't a dealer moneygrab/overkill?

    <sigh> Welcome to the club:

My F430F1 shifted beautifully .... until I took it in for 5K service. Immediately afterwards I experienced the stalling you describe. I won't get into other probs I had after I drove (+225 miles in one direction) back to have the stalling fixed. But I will say that since then the car shifts like crud from a standing start. At least it no longer stalls.

I don't dare take it back due to the fact that every time i've had it serviced at our dealer they've made errors. Some quite serious!

    HTH,

    Richard.
