    Congrats!! Awesome car and probably the perfect daily drive!! You have speed, comfort and usability. If I’m not mistaken, Chris Harris even said it was the best DD available.

    Good for you and congrats...! Curious, did you purchase from the Naples dealership given the winter conditions in Michigan?, or was the car simply hard to find? Enjoy that bad boy!

    I was like 6th on the list at my local dealership so no way I was getting one from there. On my Porsche forum a guy said his dealer had an allocation so I ordered from there. I guess it's hard to get allocations.

    Yes GT Silver with Bordeaux interior, same combo I had on my 1997 911 turbo.

    Congrats I have had a few turbos over the years great daily drivers. My last one was the 991.2 turbo and absolutely loved it. Enjoy!

    Thanks this will be my 3rd turbo. I had the 993 and 996 before this one. Been awhile since I have owned a Porsche so I am excited to be back!

    I have always had silver on my Porsche's never the GT silver but always loved it. My last turbo was Rhodium Silver but it had too much of a blue hue to it....

    Good deal...enjoy it If I didn't have 4 kids, all under the age of 16, I too would have some P-car variant as the DD for now, I needs me some backseats, so the E63s will have to do! though when the lease is up, I am intrigued by that Audi Sq8 seems a pretty nifty ride as a DD< using the F430 on weekends

    I had the 992 turbo on deposit from 2 years ago but never ended up taking it I bought a Mclaren GT instead as my daily definitely not as comfortable and no back seats for the kids.... oh well it'll me just me in the car :)

    Yeah my kids are all grown so it works for me. A good friend of mine just got a RS7 sedan and it is pretty awesome!

    LOL yeah wanted to keep this more low key since I will be driving it to work every day. They have a nice yellow that would have looked good, but GT Silver is a classic Porsche color.

    ... too tight to spring for the S.

    I realize I made a mistake in the dates in my first post. I will actually be in Marco Feb 22nd to March 4th. Not that it matters to anyone but it bugged me that I made the mistake.

    LOL yeah someone on the Porsche forum pointed that out to me, I hadn’t even noticed. For the original 911 turbo that would be very appropriate!

    I was 3rd at my local dealer, for 4 cars! Two guys in front of me spec’d convertibles. I guess there is a wait list of about 40 ppl behind us. I’m really surprised this is such a sought after car.
