I have been working with 3 different Ferrari dealerships, Ferrari of NA and Ferrari of Italy to get this connect feature working. This has been going on since November of 2024. The 296 GTB is now at Ferrari of Ft Lauderdale where they are working the issue. Great team to work with at Ft Lauderdale! I'll post an update when warranted.
Ft Lauderdale Ferrari still working the issue. They are very responsive. Still not working. None of the connect buttons are on the App on my iphone.
Mine works on all four key readings except the circular smart charger on the app appears disconnected even though it recognized my Wi-Fi. Also, vehicle location is off recognizing neighbor's address.
