    It's not too bad. Just disconnect the ground using the little cam lever thing and leave it disconnected for maybe 10 minutes to drain any residual charge on the circuit boards. Then check the manual and follow the battery reconnect procedure.

    While you're at it, check the battery voltage using a digital meter if you have one in your tool box over there.
