    Every time I try to log into my ferrari I get a connection timeout. Tried on several computers. Is My Ferrari not working right now? I'm located in the US. I have bought two used cars and got rid of one and wanted to update my profile.

    Would you mind giving me the URL you use to access My Ferrari? Sometimes it looks like I am logged in but I can't see anything regarding my vehicles, etc.

    I just type in my.ferrari.com and it redirects to a login.ferrari.com URL, which is where I enter my email and password...T

    I've had the same problem as well. My brother in law is actually helping Maranello revamp their CRM system. Let's just say it's a mess...

    One thing that worked for me is to use this link (login upper right hand corner) - just tried now, no problems.

    I know many other login areas will give you the error message.
