I have been working on these paintings for a while now .
Unfortunantly Im a BMW fanatic since I cant afford a 430 just yet ..LOL but I do hope one day I can step up and afford one in the next few years .
Yet I have taken my passion and decided to place it on canvas ... SO GENTs I figured where would be a better place to display it than here ..
Please feel free to make any comments or ideas , dislikes etc .
I really do appreciate your honesty good or bad .

    Thanks in advance .

AMAZING! My mother is an artist so i appreciate the ability needed to do pieces like these. I love the effects you used making these. And i too share your dream of owning a ferrari. I was told by an old man once to work as hard as you can and everything you will ever want will fall into place. The man is one of the most genius men ive ever known. He was the cheif designer on the atlas space shuttle along with working on many other things! Gotta love rocket scientists! lol

Please don't get me wrong. I think Photoshop, CorelDraw, and many of the other graphics programs are great!
I do a lot of work, including all of the ads, flyers and posters for the Ferrari Club in my state. And I do use
computer graphics. It's easier, less time consuming, and certainly not as messy. I am an artist with degrees
in graphic design and studio art, and I know the enjoyment of both. I just think people are more receptive of
our work if we tell them what it truly is. The picture below has a background that I created by computer and
then added the F40 in the corner with acrylic paints.

You asked for comments and criticisms, so I will tell you this. Keep up the work! I like the movement and colors
that you use in your backgrounds. If you are printing the images to canvas or on paper, make sure that it is a
good acid-free brand. It may not matter now, but you don't want to worry about your work yellowing years
from now. Also, if you are printing on canvas, make sure that you treat your work with a clear varnish aftewards.
Just a little friendly advice. I hope I didn't offend.

Dincenzo, that would look great if done in oils as a huge lifesize mural. F40s are brutally stunning!

I dig the Kobe painting. Nice use of colors. Not a fan of the car paintings. Even if they are painted, the reds in the first just looks awkward. They clash. They appear to be photoshop filters blown up and printed. They might not be, but it is difficult to tell from some of these pictures.

I think they all look awesome. On the F430 though, what is wrong with the rear tire, its like there is two of them and half of it is missing (by the rim)

I'm sorry, but I do think that these are photoshopped. I see that you
were clever enough to reverse direction of some of the images, but
there are still some indications. For instance, the concept design's
wheels. You forgot to change the wheels other than blurring them
a little. The enzo, I suspect came from a photo of an RC car. If you
look at the bottom, you will realize that no enzos have that. It's the
same bumper guard on the toys in the store. Even Kinko's can print
oversize images nowdays, so the framed art is no guarantee that they
aren't photoshopped. The Scarface image and the Bob Marley could
be airbrushed, but I'm not sure. After looking at the others, I'm a
    bit sceptical.

As I said before, just be honest with everyone. This is a great forum,
but people really like the truth. If these are not computer art, then
    I respectfully apologize.

With all the "plug-in" generated artwork these days, it always helps to post photos of the work in stages - in progress. You know, show the pencil layout, then the first few strokes, etc...

That way, people can't say a word against you... and perhaps they'll see the time & love involved.

One thing that led me to believe that these were a Photoshop like program was the fact that the Ferrari horse was backwards in the 430. First thing I noticed. That was my suspicion.

Then, when you posted the original photo, your "painting" became simply a mirror image of the photo (mirror since the horse was now backwards). Made me wonder if the "reverse imaging" was done to divert someone from figuring out you were simply photoshopping the original....

An artist would not have drawn the Cavalino backwards IMO.....

Looking more and more like a projection sketch to me....
