    Thats pretty funny. Lets face it, if you claim 186 it better do it. Ford had to recall early 90's Cobras because they were 20hp down on thier advertised rating. If the car really is 11mph down, then something obviously isn't right. I can't really blame the guy. I'd be a bit upset if my car didn't run as well as it should. Even though the cars are production models, 11mph is a huge varience in speed.
