Very funny. Actually, I find the responses more interesting. I get a picture of a bunch of junkies hanging around a street corner waiting for the man. One of you talks about how so-and-so got out of the life and went into rehab. The rest of you say he'll never make it. "And the coloured girls go Doo do doo do doo do do doo" Dale
Some go off to rehab in an attempt to better their lives. Others simply walk away just to see if anyone will notice that they're gone. I hope that Pantera falls into the first group, which seems to be the case thus far.
I was thinking the same thing. That's good This coming from the guy who starts a thread to announce that he's taking a break from stalking exotic cars...? There was no need to take a shot at the guy.
I'm not sure you understand my point, which is you guys are the ones being defensive. Oh well, doesn't matter. Dale
Now it's time for thread derailment. So I was thinking a while back... if I stop posting for a while, I'm probably dead. And I hope someone will say "hey where's Mike been?" so someone will figure out I'm dead, so that there can be an appropriate thread with lost of posts about how awesome I was and what a great guy I was and all the little old ladies I helped across the road. And Lamour can post boobs and stuff. Because nobody in my family knows I waste this much time on F-chat, and I don't hang out with anyone on the site outside of the site, so when I croak, you guys are gonna have to figure it out on your own. And I warn you now, the longer you go without figuring it out, the worse you'll all feel
On a serious note... does anyone else sound out the onomatopoeia in people's posts to see if they got it right, and if so, does it bother you when they don't get it right? Or am I just obsessive compulsive? In "Take a walk on the wild side", Lou Reed most certainly doesn't say "Doo do doo do doo do do doo". It's mildly irking. (+20 on f-chat scrabble for use of onomatopoeia and irking!)
I ain't gonna say a word. Not one frickin frakkin word on this one.... Jedi ps... no further comment. I'm done making comments on this thread. Forever.... not one more single word on the subject. None. Not one. Nope....
"Mike who?" I do sometimes wonder how many of the people who aren't -here- anymore aren't -anywhere- anymore.
And here, I thought I didn't have a life. Onomatopoeia sounds like one of those things that you'd rather not know about like the, "heartbreak of psoriasis." Dale
