I recently purchased my first Ferrari, a 2009 F430 spider with manual transmission. It has 9000 miles on it, red with tan Daytona seats. I had been looking for a late model with stick shift, and this one met all of specs, so I jumped on it after doing a little due diligence, but without much of a ppi. I absolutely love the car, for all the reasons that every first-time owner has mentioned on this site. I have never owned a car that is this much fun to drive. I have a couple of questions that I would appreciate any thoughts on:
    1. The car makes a slightly tinny noise at very low revs, with the clutch fully engaged. Sounds a bit like the heat shields are vibrating. Is this normal for the model, and if so, are there any easy fixes? The noise goes away as soon as I step on the gas, but it's not the nicest sound as you are starting out.
    2. 6th gear is slightly "notchy"...slightly more difficult to engage than the other gears. Not a huge issue, but I am wondering if this is normal, or a symptom of anything worrying. If I am trying to keep the noise down a bit, and try to engage 6th at low revs (say 2500rpm) I have to use more force than normal to shift the stick.
    3. Should I be stockpiling any clutch (or other) parts, or will they continue to be freely available? I will not be doing any work on this car myself, and the nearest dealer or good independent mechanic is about 1.5 hours away.
    4. My car is an American market late 2009 build. I think July or August. Is there any way to verify if this is truly one of the last sticks that they built, or we're there several special orders in later years?
Appreciate any info that anyone can provide.
