My first Ferrari... had to be a Special(e) one!

    More than 18 months after placing my deposit to an, at that time, unknown car, my 458 Speciale has reached the dealership. Below are some pictures taken by the sales guy upon arrival, since I'm out of town. I will take delivery as soon as I'm back, most likely Saturday afternoon... so more news will follow soon thereafter!

    Funny story: the car was flown in on the same plane as the first LaFerrari for Dubai. Not bad company, I'd say!

    This looks great. The Speciale is the first Ferrari that I don't like the design of the stripes, so I am glad to see it is without stripes. Novitec has parts for this already. Let me know if you want to modify this car.

    OP, it looks great! I love the color and no stripe. Is it too much to ask that you drive it carefully on the roads? After all, it is your first Ferrari. I would hate for the "Special(e)" power to get the better of you. Open it up on a track if you truly desire to feel what it can do. Don't be that guy that jacks-up his Ferrari days or weeks after delivery. I don't know why I was compelled to mention that to you. No impertinence intended.
