My new ebay ad

I put this ad on ebay tonight as a lighthearted joke because the item wasn't selling and I got a WTF! offensive reply within ten minutes. I really wasn't trying to offend anyone. It's humor.




I am sure you have never owned this particular spoon since my grandmother bought it new before her organs failed. This is a Wm. A Rogers silverplate spoon in good condition. Has King Albert pic on front, the family crown, Albert and Belgium on front and Wm. A. Rogers SXXR on back. Very nice spoon. Instead of just sitting there reading this bid away. You'll feel much better knowing that you have a chance to own such a charming piece of history for as little as .99 cents. I tried to have McDonald's list it on their Dollar Menu but they said no. Come on buy this, your pudding will taste so much better with King Albert spoon feeding it to you!! If you play the spoons then this will make you sound better. I will throw in a tea bag if it makes the deal better! I will also throw in a plastic fork and knife if you are purchasing it because you are hungry. Use it at Starbucks to impress the barista if he or she is hot. Just bid because you didn't lose everything to Madoff. If this doesn't sell this time I will donate it to the Smithsonian so they can display it in their dumpster! Someone must want this, it's not like I am selling pewter underwear. This is not King Albert in a can, it's a spoon. If you want to make an offer feel free as we both know what it's worth. Local pickup is welcome if you have a SUV or truck.
