First, Matthew, I like you, so I don't mean to be perfroming an inquisition... Second, this is the only issue I am aware of where I disagree with you... And third, I admire your consistancy on this topic. I believe you are sincere in your opinion.

Now, with the nicities out of the way... So you take people at their word... only if it is of no consequence?

I can understand that, as if there is no "real" harm, why confront. But, IMO the site is harmed if the credibility of users was not maintained. If no one was "outed", how long do you think it would be until the site had 500 enzo owners?

Any chance you are having a change of heart? Do you believe he sent pics to the user who says he didn't get them? For the record, I believed his Dad bought the car... but I'm not sure what to believe anymore.

Ok Simon I agree but it is just the manner in which the outing was carried out. A potentially great thread has been thrown into chaos as a result and conflict arisen between users also.

I think that the police need to be policed sometimes and looking at several posters comments I'm sure many others agree. They just go in all guns blazing sometimes when really it could be carried out a tad better.

As for Vic, feck knows where he has went to. We could speculate all day long but I'm not going to. No change of heart Simon as really there could be any reason for him not posting.

As for Michael, everybody needs to remember that the deal i believe is not finalised therefore he may not get it. This does not mean he is not genuine as I'm sure Simon that you had doubts as to whether or not to spend the money you did on 1 car, let alone an Enzo.

This thread needs closed to be honest as it is not going anywhere. Michael upon his return can possibly re-open it or start a new one but i would recommend re-opening for obvious reasons.

To be honest, i think he did the right thing and left. If he honestly knows he is buying this car, he could return with his middle finger firmly raised. i think that would harm the ego of the F-Chat police so i hope he does. Just being honest.

And I believe he is nuts as well as ignorant in regards to this subject......living with a fantasy worldview. He could get ripped off and beaten senseless by a Nigerian 419 scammer and would still go to the airport for his flight to Lagos to collect his millions.

There is a reason why NYC has a large amount of co-op apartments.....and a reason why many private clubs closely scrutinize their prospective members......because of stuff like this which he seemingly supports wholeheartedly.

People like the OP on this thread, as well as others who have done this in the past, do not enhance this place one bit from a credibility standpoint....although they make wonderful entertainment.

Agree 100%, there are too many that lead a fantasy life and they have no place on forums like this IMO.Last year we had a mod(now ex mod) in the UK section that claimed to have had a Ferrari Garage for years, it was shown by some members that it was all a fantasy,did we get thanked for exposing this, No, mattymouse and others tried to have us all banned.
