    Dear All. My first post on the F12 sub-forum of my new 2014 F12 Nero Daytona. Here are some photos taken by a professional photographer that the dealer organised at the time of delivery at the dealer at the end of last year. They took some time to be given to me by the dealer. These and other photos were made into a hard bound book by the dealer as a gift. One photo also shows the other items the dealer gave me as a gift.There was some debate on the forum about whether to choose the silver grill option, which I had chosen because of the black colour that required the silver detail to enhance the front end. I have also ordered the front suspension lifter which in my view is essential.

    Is the dealer going to install the lifter? Or you ordered it from the factory?

    From the factory as part of the options. I am not sure it is possible for dealer to do so.

    So, really dumb question ... Is Nero Daytona more of a "light" black or a "really dark" gray? So hard to tell in photos, and yes the name would imply more black than grey but in some photos it seems grey and in others it is definitely black. Looks fantastic by the way! Congrats.

    Thanks for the positive comments. The Nero Daytona is essentially metallic black and looks black in just about every condition not dark grey. On another note, I previously had a 2011 California. The difference between the two is notable. I seems to me the build quality between the two is significant. The F12 seems much more solidly built. I know that it is subjective opinion.

    I would not make any Mods to that car, Rims, lowering etc...
    That color and stance are perfect, LESS IS MORE
    Thats the problem with the USA mentality, over modification IMHO

    My 599 was Nero Daytona and my 458 is Nero. Love that color on a F12.

    Gorgeous. I agree on the silver front grill. On the right color it really works well and gives it a little bit of a classic look. Congratulations.

    I ordered a Cali T, with Nero Daytona and did the Chrome Edges, as I also felt that with all the black, the grill would look better with it :)

    Thanks for the great comments. Bas I also chose the yellow Tachometer, which adds a further bit of yellow.

    Good choice. At the F12 driver event at Ferrari they had the rosso corsa, grigio silverstone, rosso berlinetta and the nero daytona on white wheels and I must say from a distance the nero looked the best.

    With a dark color like Nero Daytona I like the silver wheels you chose better than the other option color of gray. The silver wheels make a much better contrast color with the bodywork.
    Even Marcel changed the gray wheels on his dark blue F12 to silver wheels...
