    Hubert888,
I like them... bought a set like these off of ebay for 32.05 plus shipping.
I was real surprise how well the fit and how light they are... Got a red pair on the way also.

    fantastic!!!!

When I started this thread, I was thinking that it would be forgotten in a day or two. Im amazed at how many hits and replies it has gotten :)

Let me again emphasize that the 2004 JP Tod's Ferrari shoe that I bought are the MOST comfortable shoes ever that I have put on my feet and worth every penny (well....worth every Ben Franklin)! no joke :)

just got my '01's back for the shop. had them race set up for indy. hope i made the right choice of sole compound. at first i was worried that the new one lace rule would be a problem, but these new ones seem bulletproof in testing. guess i'll find out in a few weeks.

I have the Fila Ferrari Vintage shoes from Ebay. $110 list it says. Sell for $25 to $30. Light and comfortable . Great for driving as they don't hit anything on the way to the drivers seat. Have another bid in for $12.

They look too wide to be used as a driving shoe, to each his own. at least you got the black ones & at a great price. The red ones reminded me of clown shoes.

Sure, I'll take some tonight if you'd like

I know many of you are floored by $400 shoes, but this is the tip of the iceberg of men's fashion. Bench-made shoes run well into the thousands and, like good bespoke clothing, they are a work of art.

State Streets or Cherokees for me; black, no laces, no velcrow, no snaps, no bells, no whistles, nothing - just black, upscale-looking, suede sneakers: $20.00.

    Although, i can't blame Hubert; if i could, i would, too... :)

I can't wait for the pics. I love Tod's and I looking for a pair like Huberts right now but have'nt found any yet.

I choose the Adidas over the Puma for my daily driver sport shoe because of there styling and comfort. They put a lot of detail in this shoe that really makes it feel and look more expensive than they really are.

I going to buy my racing shoes from Rolland. He has shipped some over from Italy that are really nice.

Once I get my Tod's I'm not going to wear them till I buy my 360 and I will change into them on delivery slipping them on while I'm in the car so the first surface they will touch will be my Ferrari.

Thanks a lot for the detailed pics. I have found a Tod's store near my sisters house in San Jose so I will be going there to see if they have the Ferrari's.

I've never been able to bring myself to pony up the cash for Tod's loafers, but Timberland's Belize Bay Venetian driving loafer is one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. They seem to wear out rather quickly though; I got them in June, and they're getting rather worn. But at $90, the replacement cost wouldn't sting as much as Tod's : ).

Off-topic, but since we're on the subject of shoes, I thought I'd pass this deal on to my fellow F-Chatters.

If you haven't heard of Grenson, they are an English benchmade hand-grade shoe company. They are on a rung just below John Lobb and Edward Green ($1,000 +). Grenson makes the shoes for Paul Stuart, among other companies, and the Masterpieces retail for around $600. The rubber-soled go for $395 I think.
Bennie's shoes got a huge shipment in and is practically giving them away. I've bought many... If you haven't noticed, clothes are my other passion :)
Anyway, they have been flying off the shelves, so if you are interested, go for it.
    http://benniesshoes.com/grenson.htm

They are an amazing deal. Enjoy!

Oh, and I'd suggest ordering a half a size down from your U.S. size (I do) though other people I know find them true to size.

    Zach
