Lovely mats, did you have the option of having the F1 in yellow?

Look great. Only problem is they seem to have put the driver's one on the wrong side :)

You can get them any color you like... I wanted F1 in red because that's the way it is on dash badge.

Beautiful. How will it work over the hooks? Can you get them custom made for the hooks to keep them from sliding?

I had to add the grommets to mine because they were sliding. Somewhere there is a thread on where to find these since the original ones are hard to find.

He can put gromets in however I choose to do it myself to make certain they were in the correct location.

If anybody wants a nice set of stock plain tan mats, I put them up in the classifieds a few days ago. Not as cool as these, but they have the holes for the retainers already in them.

Which supplier did you order from, Ricambi? I think there are 3 sources linked in that thread. Thanks!

I always think floor mats are some of the best visual bang for the buck additions to a car. Nicely done!

Just wanted to give a little update regarding the mats now that I have some drive time on them.

I never installed the turnbuckles or any other fasteners and they do not slide at all. I attribute this to two things first they come
with a couple strips of velcro on the back that helps lock them in place and second they are very stout and thick.
I don't think I will be installing any fasteners as there doesn't seem to be a need and I would hate to cut a hole in such beauty.
