Here are a few pictures of the car....
A few more....
Nice combo - having fun?
Gorgeous car! Congrats! Enjoy it in good health.
Congrats!I love these new maserati's.If i could only pony up the entry fee.
Congrats on the Maserati! A fine choice. Beutiful looking car.
Great color combo, now that the weather is starting to warm up here am starting to think maybe I should have gone with a lighter interior like yours. Now get ready for all the questions you will get as you drive around. I just got back from taking a nice Sunday morning drive and at one light I had a guy walking by the front of the car and I saw that look that told me turn down the radio as he yelled what kind of car is that? Then when I was coming out of Starbucks I saw a few people standing around my car in that usual stance, Staying a respectful distance away but leaning forward to check out the inside, Had to answer the usual questions like "I did not know Maserati's were sold here" and "does that really have a V8."
Love the color, Scott63.
I'll second the other Scott's comments. Last night I took a quick spin in our Spyder. In 10 miles:
- A passenger in a Miata leaned waaay out the window and snapped a picture
- Two drivers pulled up next to me and gave me a thumbs-up
- At a stop sign, a bicycle rider looked at the car and said, "I must have died and gone to heaven - that's a beautiful car!"
This is not a car for shy, retiring types.
I think the color is great as well (It's called Rossa Bologna). The nice thing about Maserati is that you have more color choices than you do for a Ferrari and unlike Ferrari, you don't really have to worry as much about the color combo for resale purposes.
I actually think the Maserati looks bad in the same colors that a 355 or 360 look good in (red and yellow). They also have some beautiful shades of Blue...
I agree with the Ferrari color observations on the Maser body.
Here's a pic of an identical twin to our car:
I love love love the wheels. Is that a factory option?
The 7 spoke is the default wheel if none specified. I went with those also as I find much easier to clean the inside of 7 spokes than the other that I think has 15. And Brad make sure that Azurra Argentina Spyder stays out of MA, I want to have the only one that color, But then again I have still have yet to see any other Maserati

If you are talking about the grey color on the wheels, it is an option. They are called Grigio Mercurio wheels. The option is $700.
Very nice my friend.. Enjoy her.
Yes. Great choice, it really works well.
I was really starting to notice that manufacturer's aren't paying enought attention to what's under the hood anymore it seems.......then look at this thing !!!!
Maser sure did their homework. Beeaauuutiful !!
Those gunmetal wheels are hot too.
Scott have you taken delivery yet? how do you like it so far?
Im looking at a coupe and planning to order a 2005 vintage package.
Scott, did you ever end up buying the 993TT? Also how does the F1 in your Maserati compare to your previous 03 Modena?
Very nice, congrats.
I actually bought and sold the 993TT in a month. It was fast but that's about it.
The F-1 in the Maserati shifts more smoothly than the 360. It is much better when driving around town.
Scott, I agree the F1 does work better in the Maserati, that why I went with a gear shift in my spider.
Your car looks great. The wheels really make the car look unbelievable. I have found myself going back to this thread just to look at your car over and over again. I can't seem to get enough of it.
Beautiful, makes me wish we'd gotten the spyder. Enjoy!
The pictures of the red.. are almost like the kinds you see in a brochure; they are absolutley PERFECT!
