Geez Pete you really didn't expect it to actually stay on topic??? It did pretty well, for Aussie, going to over 10 pages before the wheels fell off!
Ha snap! I was just gunna ask the same question. You don't suppose he'd want a couple of seasoned long distance drivers of proper motorcars to go and get it for him?????
Great idea but after driving a Sebring ,I'd be selling RavinJag and you would be selling your collection also .........both looking for a Sebring ..
Yep, it's here & I've had a nice drive through the national park to Bundeena & back to see friends for lunch, getting used to the car & a clutch again. I need to get the brake pedal & accelerator closer together in height so heel & toe is better and I'm putting EZ electric power steering in it in the early new year along with a post purchase service. Wifey likes this car, frankly its the first of my sports cars she approves of & is happy to ride in. A classic is a very different drive to all my current & previously owned cars, however it's super cool to drive on the right trip, something definitely to be shared with a pax or others. Ordered all my cleaning gear from Wax-it as Ian suggested & will give it a dust off & clean when that all arrives.
Great to hear Pete. Not sure how you will change the height of the pedals? Thinking of a “classic” GG on nice smooth, open roads some time next year. Have a great New Years and I’ll catch up for a chat next week. Silly signature here to annoy KIAI
