    Thanks guys. He is my first and he's such a little (cute) runt that his "infant" hat is about two sizes too big for him. That's what he gets for deciding to come out into the world a little too early. I guess I'll just have to wait until his noggin grows into his Ferrari hat!

    Those first few diapers are a real treat. Just wait until his eyes open (not literally... but figuratively) and he kind of stares at you, as if to say "for the next 18 years, Dad, I'm the boss."

    I'm only in year #3, and my place in the household has been made quite clear.

    How early was he? Weight?

    Thanks guys. It's nice to share my good news with such a good group of people. I'm going out to buy the Ferber book today. He is three weeks early and weighs 6 lbs 6 oz. His liver is not quite revved up yet (surprising since his mother's maiden name was O'Shea!!! :D ) so he's under the french-fry lights at the moment.
