My old 246 Dino GT

Found this photo taken in Redondo Beach behind an Italian restaurant sometime around 1983. (The restaurant closed years ago and the mural is gone). Its been completely restored by the new owner and is now yellow.

Had this car for almost 15 years. It was a basket case in Phoenix that I "restored" in 1982 but was still pretty rough. In those days, Dino's really weren't much of anything during the age of the 308.

For about 2 years, it was the only car I owned.

Too many stories to tell about this car but lets just say, nothing sounds like a Dino.

 

YEP! In those days in Phoenix it was hard to get as set of Michelins so I put these on temporarily. They were terrible tires.
