    Hey guys,

I was given the opportunity for a Pista allocation and decided to jump on it. Not 100% sure but think that I am going to spec the car with Bianco Avus with Blu Nart stripe and all exterior carbon options in blue. I would like to go with the interior in leather with Azzurro Santorini as the main color. However; the dealer has not been able to get the exact price for that color leather option, but they think it is a VERY pricey option. Anyone have and ideas on the cost for that color leather? The other option I am thinking is the white leather seats with blue stripe...

Thoughts on the spec (be kind)? Lol

I have been thinking the AS color too. It’s more unique and sporty but it does come with some sort of risk.
That white interior with white exterior made the carbon pops. Gorgeous spec!!

Congratulations on the allocation! What a beautiful spec! The AS leather is a wonderful match to your overall vision but if prohibitively expensive or unwarrantable consider Blue Medio which would match well with NART. Blue Sterling is a beautiful navy, but going for your look Medio fits better. I like the contrasting white stripe as a reverse of your exterior and well thought. Blue Carbon is an exquisite choice as well and carries the prices to match.

Will the engine bay be blue carbon as well and if so will they do the air plenums in blue carbon also?

    Again a beautiful spec!

i was told the white paint was a $30k something upgrade to a "special" white paint if you wanted a stripe......

is that no longer the case ?

Someone maybe on here said that his spec, Bianco Avus with Blue Nart was a no go.

He orders all his cars with this spec. They weren't doing this color because there was a problem over time. Not sure exactly.

Thank you! Too bad I am not able to get it. I was told that Ferrari will not put a stripe on a Bianco Avus car! Very disappointed to say the least! In regards to the AS color for the interior, I still have not received an answer as to what the cost is for that color of leather. :(

He got the green light from Ferrari though, so his next 3 cars will be painted in Bianco Avus with blue stripes (Pista Coupé, Spider and SP2). Won't be possible anymore in future, sadly.

    Hey guys,

sorry for the delay, a family member has been dealing with some health issues and I have not been on here. Yes, you guys are correct. I got a call about two weeks after I placed the order saying that Ferrari will not put a stripe on a Bianco Avus car, but was not told the reason. Just that they would not do it. I was told the only other option would be to upgrade to the Bianco Italia or Bianco Fuji, both of which I just love. However; I am not willing to spend another $28K+ for that paint, which would make the paint options close to $50K (stripe is $15K + $2K for center accent color, then $28K for the premium white option). I am extremely disappointed to say the least! I REALLY had my heart set on the white and blue combo. Now I am having a hell of a time finding another spec that I like. So far I think I am leaning toward TDF Blue with silver stripe and black center stripe. Then Cuoio leather with dark blue center stripe, may look at TDF and Bordeaux on the interior. Second option I am thinking is a Grey (Scuro, Ferro, or Silverstone). I have not seen Scuro or Ferro in person and not sure they are worth the $13K premium. I do like Grigio Silverstone with either Cuoio or Bordeaux interior. With both of these choices I am a little concerned about resale value, what are your thoughts/suggestions?

    Appreciate your comments!

I didn't do anything out of the ordinary when I specced. Perhaps at the time, Ferrari didn't know of the issues? Regarding you color choices now, looking back - I would have gone the route of Bianco Italia with nart blue. IMO, this would be even more beautiful then my combo of Avus and Nart. I do have the B Italia color on my TDF and absolutely love it!

I also love Binaco Italia as well as Fuji. I am just not sure if I want to go to quite that level with my spec. I am trying to be careful since this is my first new Ferrari (and first new car ever). lol
