My Portonfino won’t starter anymore, HELP

    Hi everyone,
    My 2019 Ferrari Portofino won’t start. I suspect it might be an electrical/electronic issue, as the car was recently exposed to heavy rain and wasn’t under cover.
    Here’s a video showing what’s happening when I try to start it.
    Has anyone experienced something similar or have any idea what the issue could be?

    Can’t see a video ?
    1. Does the dash light up and try to crank over ?
    2. Have you left it off charge ? As the battery will go dead quickly
    Heavy rain won’t make any difference
    3 press extra hard on the break
    If 1and 2 with 3 don’t work could need a battery to test you’d have to put a jump pack on it I here the batteries don’t last long on Ferrari cars

    Does the dash light up? If so,what is the voltage reading on the dash voltmeter?

    If no dash lights,measure voltage at the battery (remove the black plastic cover at the base of the windshield on the passenger side).
