Yes, with the same problem.4th. or 5th. time in for the same problem. This buyback has never happened and this is after they replaced the whole wiring harness.
    What a piece a junk.
Just got towed in so i will be waiting to hear what they say.I let the car sit for a month after i got it back from Kerbeck because i thought it was going to be bought back. When i can't get an answer from Lamborghini, i decided to start driving it again. Not 100 miles the POS goes bad again.
What the hell it was only $250,000 dollars.

I think it's a sign that you should buy back that impeccable Verde LP640 you had ;)

Why? So i can get more lack or service and respect from Lamborghini when things go wrong?
    :)
I am warning everyone that things are not what they seem. It's toooooo much money to be treated like this when things go wrong. If you are one of the lucky ones to never need aftermarket help, your opinion may differ.

How about a few photos of the car (including some at the dealer and perhaps copies of the work orders) to be circulated around the internet.

I'd bet Lamborghini might return your call then.

Pretty funny that i just got a call from my lemon law attorney that they want to buy it back on Monday or Tuesday of next week.I will hold my breath.
Kerbeck called me this morning asking for details on how and when this happened again.
I got the impression that they were going to try and fix it and return it to me yet another time. This nightmare just won't end.The miles i personally have put on this car, since i bought it, are in the hundreds.Too much money for only hundreds of miles and back and forth to the shop.

The lemon law buyback aside, sounds like someone needs to actually troubleshoot the problem rather than throw parts at it.

I have never had a business deal of any kind go smoother and better than my dealings with Roy.Cars, real estate, ammo or anything.
He is one of a kind.I get top dollar, he takes my word on condition and fronts the money sight unseen.
If you want to buy a car or have a car to sell, try him once and you will not believe how smooth it goes.
Would i trust him with my daughter?..........NO :)

Maybe Lamborghini is too busy thinking up their next "A New Model Every Year" to be bothered with what's already gone out the door !!

The art of troubleshooting disappeared with personal resposibility and common sense. Too bad.

Sorry about your situation and to be honest this is too much hassle whether it is a $250k Lambo or a $10k Chevy Aveo. People need to be treated better than this.

Funny how 4 times the same exact thing.
Several idiot lights on the dash and the traction control system and the front lift system fail.I am amazed they can't fix it 4 times out. They have towed it in all 4 times and Lamborghini is said to be involved.I'm careful what i say since i don't keep track of how long it's been tied up but we are now in months and not weeks.I thought this buy back was a done deal and let the car sit for 30 days waiting for a check to get here.
This thing has been a nightmare and i agree with the 458 comment.
I don't think it matters if this is a Gallardo issue.I think the big picture is how Lamborghini treats a 6 time customer.I am holding my breath for yet another promise from Lamborghini.
We know Kerbeck can't seem to fix the car so a buyback would make my day.

The dashboard lights up with at least the traction control failure light and the lift system failure light.
Both systems also fail to operate.

Lamborghini has always been terrific with me and in your case, I'd raise hell with corporate. Take it directly to corporate and CC everyone in the chain in the US. Their first priority should always be customer service. Sometimes manufacturers do get bad suppliers, but that's no excuse for a lack of response.

    Who's the dealer?

I think i did speak to the main rep. and he told me after the 3rd. try at fixing it to take it back and drive it 500 miles and see what i think. Not at all what i was looking for and was forced into it.Guess what? It made it 100 miles before it had to be towed in again for the 4th. time.
Of course i have never heard from him again.
That's why this has me so angry and has forced me to swear off Lamborghini for good.Thank God for Ferrari.
    Eric
