After searching the archives........ I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to tighten the rear view mirror on an 88 Mondial. The black mount that secures the mirror to the windshield is tight. The mirrow just seems to be a bit look and vibrates a bit as I drive down the road. Any help would be great. Thanks - Ron
I accidently hit mine on my 88 328GTS with my head and it (the mirror) came off. Scared me to death as I thought I broke it for sure. Anyway, I discovered that it has a snap on connector that allowed me to pop it back on. Maybe yours is loose inside. I suggest popping it off and inspecting the mounting screws/bolts underneath. Of course I would find out first if yours is made the same way as mine to keep from breaking it while trying to wrench it free from the windshield. Just a thought. Randy
