I had a much needed FoD visit tonight, and it was surely one to remember.

When i got there, the cars were just like the website, some 360's, some 575's, a 308, Maser Gran Sport, Bentley Conti GT. etc, etc. As I looked around the showroom, I made my way into the shop that sells the clothes, models and all that. I was looking at the models and glanced through the window of the mechanic shop, and what do i see?

    2 red Enzo's.

One was parked next to the window, and the other was up on a lift getting serviced. My jaw dropped to the ground, I really couldnt belive I was seeing this! After just staring at them for a while, I got directions to Paragon Motorcars and headed over there.

Its a really nice shop, they had a Testarossa, a Countach, Diablo, Elise, Jag E-type, and I even got a little tour of the mechanic lot where they had a Maserati, Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow and Ferrari 348. The man who helped me, named Otton, was very nice and talked to me like I was a buyer.

A very memorable night, any one who hasnt been to Paragon yet should go, and those 2 Enzo's may be down at Ferrari of Denver tomorrow, i was told they are owned by people in Colorado (anyone know them?!) so i dont know how long they will be there.

Well you have your chance (maybe) if you can make it down tomorrow.

WOW! I just came back from Ferrari of Denver and Paragon tonight and I strongly caution people with heart problems to not go to them both in the same day. I got to hear and see the two Enzos at Ferrari of Denver and they are both amazing together! I know why so many people dream of Enzos at night because it is a must to hear them on the road just a few feet away! Just when I thought there couldn't get anything else to get my mind off the two Enzos I went to Paragon dealership. The owner of the place is very nice and answers any questions you have. He said he will start selling cas in a couple weeks.

I have a question. I've always been curious, do Ferrari dealerships normally allow random non-buying visits? For example, If I want to take my little brother to see some Ferraris would they allow us to "waste" their time looking around?

Sorry if I hijacked the thread.

Sure they do. I do it whenever I can (which is basically never !). I never have any problems when I walk in. If you go to FoD, just don't take any pictures of the salesman. That's what he always tells me. ;)

Thanks for the info. The nearest dealership in my city is Ferrari of Houston. I drive past there sometimes to see what they're working on in the garages. I've been wanting to check out the McLaren LM they have there but Im not sure they would let me go back there. Oh and sometimes they have their front gates closed.

There was an Enzo, a black F50 and a red F40 the last time I was at FoH. Never saw a McLaren, and I went through the WHOLE shop, even the paint bay.

    PS- check your PM.

I would also want to check out the LM.
Getting into the shop is a bit trickier than walking into the showroom, but you won't regret it. I asked once to go to the back of FoD but they didn't allow me. I kinda snuck in the shop of Continental Ferrari in Chicago (the door was open so I couldn't not go back there ;)). They had an Enzo and a 333sp hidden back there. Also at Bentley STL they had like 8 Continental GT's in the garage plus an F40 and some other stuff.
When you visit the showroom you basically know what to expect from the website, but what they have in the garage is unknown until you get there. The worst they can do is say no, you can't come back here.

I checked my PM's and no PM, Re-send.

How long ago did you go? There was a 308 and an old Camaro SS in there recently according to some recent pics posted in another forum. Where do they have their 360 "Risi-mobile"? I've been wanting to check that out as well.

I spent part of my afternoon at Ferrari of Denver today. What a blast. Mike P. took me out back and showed me a Ferrari going through the belt replacement process. Yes, the two ENZOs were there! Mike was great....although the showroom was busy, he spent alot of time with me.

I am dying to own my first Ferrari. Need to sell the Z06 and get my $$ squared away.

Anyone looking for a white 2001 Corvette Z06 with 23k miles??? (It is one of under 100 made in White with Red interior...)

    Cheers
    Mark

Thanks Roland, I do plan to be at PPIR on May 7th, no athletic events so as of now I'm free! So I will see you and everyone else there then.

P.S. I'm trying harder to be more sociable with everyone every time I go to some event, so maybe we'll carry a conversation this time ;)

OMG, I would love to own an Enzo (if it wasn't for the costly maintenance I would)

I thought the Enzos were made in '03, however, 3 of the 4 (1 of them already sold) state an '04 MY. Clarification please

Are they still there? I can imagine how many people must go there and bother them, so I don't want to do so - even though I'm sure I will be a future customer. :)
