355 MyFerrari App Configuration Accuracy

For what its worth, my Nero Black 355 gives me a stock red image and then under Configuration shows the exterior color as "NERO 1240 (BLACK) NOT VALID".

I messaged them to see if they can fix it, but it shows how many errors they seem to have in their database.

 

I got that as well. Deleted the app, I got no time for this BS

 

My bill of sale was enough to get them to add it. And then after it disappeared from the app a year later, to add it again.

 

I was accepted to the MyFerrari segment of the website this morning, but when I logged in on my laptop, it took me to a JPG of the Ferrari Store and no links to click on.

In the iPhone app, I used my newly created user/pw to get in and was presented with the option to add my 355 Spider again and to re-submit the proof of ownership. Again.

Looks like Ferrari could use some IT experts...

 

All the Ferrari talent is currently on the Le Mans team. They're sure not on the F1 or MyFerrari teams.

 

Success! My car is now in the MyFerrari app.

However, all was for naught... my 'configuration' shows my car is 322 Rosso Corsa with 4208 Beige leather and Castoro 172 carpets. Nothing else is provided.

I already knew what color my car was...
