Thx Rexcat458! I'm waiting to hear back now from Ferrari. Beautiful 458!
All my Ferrari's showed up in the app without me doing anything. I am not sure how, maybe my dealer entered them.
Well it’s official now and got access to MyFerrari app as well. I love this F12! Can’t seem to get that grin off my face! Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Congratulations! I almost bought an F12 back in 2019, but it was sold before I got everything sorted. They are awesome cars!!! Cheers!
After reading your post, I went to the App Store and it is available as a download as of two days ago. I have not installed it yet, as I’m up to my ears with my remodelling project these days. Hopefully, it is an improvement over the current app… Fingers crossed! Cheers!
I downloaded the new app but my car info has disappeared and I cant seem to find it anymore. I was still on the waiting list but I no longer see anything other than a spot to enter your serial number which assume you already have a car or at least have one far along enough in production. The app seems a lot nicer but I would really like that info back to track progress.
It looks like they just re-did the app/website a few days ago. I haven't tried it on my phone, but the website looks very different at my.ferrari.com. Using my account I can see my 458 Spider. Using my wife's account i can see her order for a Potofino M. It used to have a generic picture of the previous generation Portofino, now it just says "waiting list." I set up my account after purchasing my 458, our dealer set up my wife's account after ordering her Portofino M. If you get a chance try the website at my.ferrari.com and compare it to what you see on your phone.
Thanks - I just tried it and got an error "Unknown Status Code". I guess at least I see the car there though so thats something! Hahaha
When I check my wife's ordered Portofino M I see: Image Unavailable, Please Login If I select "VIEW DETAILS" I see: Image Unavailable, Please Login
I went to the app tonight and it triggered an update. I had to reset my password to get into the new app. Once I did that, it worked and my F8 that is status 90 showed up as before. But the Portofino and 458 did not show up. When I logged into the website, all three of them were loaded.
My 488 GTB is “new to me”, and I installed the app mainly to see if any spec or maintenance history would be available for my 2016. It did show most of the spec, and I was happy to discover three photos of the car taken at different stages of its production. A great surprise!
Not sure that the value of the app is what Ferrari was expecting to bring to its clients. My dealer tells me that I hit status 40 over a week ago and still not a single picture via the app. Good idea but like most things poor execution and flawed expectations.
