    Hi. Has anyone had trouble uploading the proof of ownership document to the MyFerrari app? I have tried several times and the icon suggests it’s uploading the image of the document but it never actually completes the upload.

    Better to just contact the factory directly
    The app is weak

    Maybe try the upload via the website and not the app? Then if successful, see if the app gets updated with your info? As stated above, app is almost totally I inept...T

    I went the e-mail route myself without much expectation. To my surprise, I was registered shortly thereafter!

    Likewise, when it told me my Cali was SOLD, I sent an email to the above address, and got a prompt reply (w/in a few hours) and within a week my status was corrected on the app.

    Thanks for the comments. I got so irritated by the app that In the end I deleted the damned thing. I’ll probably give it a go via the website as suggested and see if that works.

    Been a nightmare, I tried on the app, on the website, through customer service and my local Ferrari Dealer. Local dealer is "working on it"... its been over a week. Going through the same ordeal getting a spare key made.
