Wonder if I can buy it cheap? Hey Halley and Michelle remember what we talked about Sunday, about rebuilding a Lambo. This might be our opportunity.

If he was driving drunk and crashed it, it actually seems like a better move to run.

Probably not them; the Tamayo's have a red Murci and a silver Murci. When I lived out that way there were about 6 or 7 Lambs that I knew of in a 4 mile radius of where I lived. Only yellow one was a Diablo 6.0 which was traded in over a year and a half ago. The only ones I know of now in the Homer Glen area are two white Gallardo Spyders, white Anniversary Countach, silver and red Murcis, yellow and black Gallado coupes, and a black Murci roadster.

Too bad about Briggs' LP. He just bought it at the beginning of the month from an out of state dealer. What I don't understatnd is why would the police wait until 4pm to talk to him. Isn't leaving a wrecked $400k+ car on the Edens enough probable cause to drag him in for questioning? I would think most other people in the same situation would be arrested right at work. Bears organization would have been thrilled if he was dragged off the practice field in cuffs. Maybe that's what a few of these "professional" athletes need to see.

If I had to choose I would leave and go home. The punishment on a leaving the scene of property damage accident is far less than a DUI. Furthermore, you can always mount a defense claiming that the intoxication occurred after the accident. "I got drunk because I wrecked my Lambo." Things would change if there was an injury from the accident, as leaving the scene of a personal injury accident is a felony with a sentence from 1-3 years.

From what the police said they wanted to wait until the investigating officer got back on their shift.
