    It appears that it was used for a battery charger at one time. The positive lead looks as if it was disconnected from a fuse holder.

    Yeah thats what I thought.. The other end of the plastic screw in fuse holder ( not visible in photo) was connected to the +ve terminal of the battery connector but had broken off at the ring terminal and was not visible at all.. thats why I got a little confused.

    So is this an OEM part for the OEM trckle charger or is it aftermarket..?
