    This needs to be corrected. Numerous cases prove that build sheets were maintained to document the most recent status of a chassis, so lack of earlier papers does not prove the chassis did not exist earlier on.

    The Vignale RHD chassis 0257EU is seriously dented under chassis stamping, which strongly suggests it has been re-stamped. We also know that Pinin Farina refused to work on used frames, so it is quite clear that LHD-frame 0183EL entered into PF roduction on 14/nov/52 was a brand new chassis carrying a number that had been first created one year earlier i.e. late in 1951. Anyone can connect the dots as it is also well known that Ferrari switched from RHD to LHD after serial number 0231EL.

    Found a factory doc for 0183EL. Date (7/10/52) shows we are talking about the 212 Inter PF Coupe (PF job 10924).
    But what do I see ? :eek: 0183/EL (0257/EU)
    Who is re-writing of history ?
