I've been watching it right off the adac site. It's timing is (usually) a bit better than justin tv's when listening to radiolemans. It's been on a static camera towards the start/finish for the last little while, with some cut aways to the pits.

It's great to see the Audi's charging up toward the front.

HDD is a Hard Disk Drive. Probably just having computer issues.

    These night shots are great.

Its morning in Oz and night in Germany. Coffee for everyone.
The Ford is a lap down in 6th atm. Was 13th when I crashed so they're climbing back up. Lead aussies the #29 car, now in 13th. The 130i and Commodore not in the lead 30, so no idea.
Must say the coverage is patchier than last year. Little timing, fixed video feed etc.
Thank god for radioLeMans and the facebook community both keeping the info coming.
Three cars on the lead lap and wet on the menu for late tonight/tomorrow. That'd mess the field up.
    Opel Manta to win haha

Laptop has the GPS positions on track.
    http://events001.gps-explorer.de/
Left monitor had DSF feed and various forum discussions on the right monitor.
If you follow the Facebook links from Midweek Motorsport on radiolemans theres a good N24H thread going there.

'Here are the times DSF will be showing the race on german TV - presumably that's when full TV coverage will be back:
    20:30 - 22:00
    23:00 - 23:30
    7:00 - 9:15
    13:30 - 16:30''

Catching up with whats happened while I slept. Looks like I could've got a few more hours before Hindie & Co come back up again.

Nice setup for the race. :) I just got off work and I'm home now. Probably going to set up the laptop in the hobby room while I build a model. :)

Nothing much but the pit exit camera for the next few hours till radiolemans come back in their am.
Incidentally, you can email them questions at [email protected] and they'll answer in the broadcast.
    What are you building?

Hm, I may just put up the GPS tracking page for now since there isn't much else for a bit.

I'm currently building an Alfa Romeo 155 by Tamiya. I'm doing some decals tonight and will finish the interior. Tomorrow will hopefully be finishing the body. I'm also tearing apart a Maisto R8 to convert to an R8LMS. Still trying to figure out what to use for the body kit and spoiler, though, since I'm still pretty new to customizing. :) I'm thinking I'll do the #98 and Livery from this race. Has a few of my fav's driving.

I've retouched and redone some of the parts from the pics in that thread. I'll post some more there so I'm not hijacking this one too much. :)

Thanks for the other Justin link.

Model looks quite interesting - looks like lots of work.

Took a dinner break and watched Mobil 1 The Grid; Inside Grand Prix and now Formula One Debrief (Barcelona) is on. Totally hopeless, huh? John's been spending the evening on his radios - looks like the cockpit of a space ship in his playroom.

Here's the top 5 as of 4 am:
    1. # 99 (Basseng / Fässler / Rockenfeller / Stippler) Audi R8 LMS

    2. # 2 (Collard / Henzler / Lietz / Werner) Porsche 911 GT3 Cup S

    3. # 97 (Abt / Hemroulle / Kaffer / Luhr) Audi R8 LMS

    4. # 1 (Bernhard / Lieb / Dumas / Tiemann) Porsche 911 GT3-RSR

    5. # 98 (Stuck / Biela / Pirro / Fässler) Audi R8 LMS

First light starting to come through on the trackcam. You can just make out the buildings now.
    Hindie back in 2 hours.

Hoping to get a recording of the first 40 mins battle between FordGT and #1 Porsche. Think I have a source.

Model is coming along nicely tonight, nice breeze coming in and had a nice, quiet view of the mountains out my window. :) Have to look over the building across the way but its not too bad from here. ;)

The race looks likes its coming along well. Nice to see some daylight.

Got the torrent for the first part of the race.
Can't start untill I've stopped streaming though. So I'll get it tonight.
1.28GB. Best incar I've seen I think. Will see if its as good when you know the outcome.

If you have the bandwidth this direct link to the ADAC stream is hi-qual and goes full screen. Right click on the image.
Its the same as we've been watching but bigger.

LOL No prob. The adac link appears sharper to me on this laptop but it might just be the settings. The audio is better on the other external link, though.

Interior on the model is done :)

They're saying on ten tenths that the Ford's gearbox may need changing but they've got it down to a ten minute job.
Wish mine could be done that fast. lol
