Name That B-Movie

There's a horror movie that I saw when I was a kid but I don't remember the title or any of the actors. From as little as I can recall, the plot goes something like this:

A couple rent a vacation home for the summer and one stipulation is that there's an old woman living up in the attic that they have to look after. The wife ends up taking care of the woman and the man never sees her. I don't recall the rest of the details but I remember that the man has dreams about attending his mother's funeral as a young boy (the dreams are in black and white).

In the dreams, the hearse driver turns and gives him an evil grin. By the looks of the hearse, the funeral is taking place in the 1920s or so. In one scene, the man hears an old car approaching and looks out the window to see the old hearse from his dreams parked in front of the house. He can hear the wife answer the front door and then the sound of something approaching the closed door of his room. Suddenly the hearse driver bursts into the room, pushing his mother's casket - which turns out to be another dream, of course.

At the end, the man goes upstairs to see the old woman who is sitting in a chair facing away from him. He turns her around and finds that it is his wife - with a bee-hive hairdo. He freaks out, jumps out of the window and lands dead on the hood of a car below.

Anyone know the name of this movie?

 

Found it. Looks like the movie is called Burnt Offerings from 1976.
