    I don't think so, but I don't remember the name myself. :D I figured I would recognize it once someone said it. I think it was around 1984 and came out with those movies like Tron and Blue Thunder. Slight possibility it was a TV show, but I think a movie. I know Blue Thunder had a failed season on TV after the movie.

    I thought it was a great movie, but I was only 10 too. :) They had all their like painted special equipment in a hanger and a character named "Tex" puts his hat down and it leaves an imprint in the armor. Just like the hypercolor shirts of the late eighties.

    There is a scene where dozens of these white painted vehicles are crossing the desert in a line to face the enemy.

    This came up at a FCA happy hour last night and I couldn't remember the name.
