Narrowing down the chase to find a 430 red/tan manual with shields and the rest

I have test driven several models of Ferrari, 360, 430 and 612 these last 6 months at dealers to pin down what I would like and I am now ready to find a well maintained pristine 1-2 owner dealer serviced 430 red/tan spider manual car. I have owned many cars over the past 35 years including BMW s , Jaguars and still hold on to one of each. My first sports car remains my 69 Jag XKE which was extensively modified and is pristine. I have had it on Watkins Glen tract near my home. I am debating on keeping it or selling it when I acquire the 430 Ferrari Spider. I am looking for ideas on how to narrow the hunt. Dr. Larry

 

My 2007 430 spider will be delivered sometime next week to my home in upstate ny from palm beach Florida. Manual red tan with my dream to play around at Watkins Glen and the finger lakes region near my home.Any suggestions for setting up an ideal humidity temperature controlled garage year round for the Ferrari? Someone probably did the homework and has experienced a successful solution. Please respond.
