Congrats, haven't checked SRB yet. As for Gordon, Hendrick lost a 1-2-3 finish...http://www.nascar.com/news/120401/jmenzer-hendrick-200-slips-away-jgordon-jjohnson-dearnhardtjr/index.html

    Standings after week 6 below.

So much for my "ties would be unusual" comment!...... I have no idea why my Taxicabs are ranked above SRB, but I'll take it ;)

The overall leader still remains winless btw.

    It's a lottery I tell you! :)

    Cheers,
    Ian

The owner of a surf shop?

Seriously, I was wondering the same thing - He lists his name as "Johnny Dooropener" WTF?.... Whoever he is, he's certainly kickin' some ass!

I'm sure he'll be modest about it too  :p

did we ever figure out who RonJonSurfShop is?

also, did Ashwin join late? he's way behind in points.

never mind answered my own question re: Ashy

Looks like just about everyone had #16 and #17 starting, the difference is who you started as the second 'B' car.

    Yes sir I did.

You are irrelevant to me. :p

I got lucky in a sense with Biffle b/c I made the switch from Dale Jr to him with about 5 mins to go before the deadline...whew!

As for the second B car, Truex certainly came thru for SRB!

Does it explain how he totally sucked when he went back to the Redskins a few years ago?

The success was he made a lot of money doing that, but the team totally sucked.

    14/23/26/28 here!

"Hero to zero" in one week; Won in Fontana, dead last here! :(

    It's a lottery I tell you! :)

Qualifying means nothing. About 95% of the race means nothing. Previous results mean nothing. "Form" means nothing.

I think I'm going to adopt a new strategy and let my dog choose my entries at random..... One of my local newspapers had an NFL pool between three of their sports writers and a dog a few years back - They canned it after the dog won, not once, but for two consecutive seasons IIRC. ;)

Current standings below - Congrats to Bubba!

    You are not so far-fetched.

I don't even know how I finished, I have not looked that closely, I think I am 5th or 6th, somewhere down there.

Folks, I am not going to be logging on here much anymore, probably only this particular thread for awhile, so PM me if there is something you need to discuss. I need to wean myself away from living in front of a PC all day and all night.

    :( understand why, though.

as for the league, I have a strategy, and it seems to be working :) we'll see at the end of the season.
