That's NASCAR's way of sayin they don't want no
boy named Clint Bowyer leadin their championship
when they done got other good ol' boys with names
folks recognize they'd rather see leadin the points.

Having just read about this on Autosport, the ruling
seems rather vague as they're saying Bowyer's cars
have been deemed as being "close to illegal" within
the paramaters of the COT rules and how the cars
    are certified.

If taking NASCAR's statement into consideration, it
could be argued that every car in the field is "close
to illegal" when measuring things down to a thousandth's
    of a millimeter.

With interest in NASCAR lagging and "The Chase" becoming
a mere afterthought, they need one of their pretty boy,
marketing tool faces out front especially now with the
NFL grabbing so many of the headlines.

LOL That was the best country/redneck example of speech I've ever seen written, I almost thought you were being serious until I read the following paragraph. Well done, sir! lol

Bowyer's points penality upheld in NASCAR appeal
    hearing.

All this despite the fact that in getting said offending
car back to the winner's circle a circuit truck was used
to push Bowyer home which caused the measurement
    debacle.

Does anyone else imagine that this may be related to
some criticisim Bowyer or his team levelled at NASCAR?
The ruling still seems very abritrary.

In the meantime, looky who's leadin the Chase points, ha!

Maybe little 'e' should have been driving over there. The result might have been different.
