Can anyone tell me where I can get my gash repaired? ( ok, I know I have opened up a can of worms with this question but) One of my standard 355 wheels arrived with a nasty gash on one spoke. These are the factory set that came with the 355CH.

Unable to think of a smart-a**e response, I'll go for the sensible aproach...

If it appears that the wheel could have been hit hard, you should have it crack tested. Anyone who prepares race cars or services light aircraft can tell you who to go to.

If its structurally OK, the wheel will have to be paint stripped, using a chemical dip. You'll need a recommendation here from a good panelbeater/paintshop. The wheel then goes to a paintshop, the gash gets filled with bog, then primed then painted. Will cost about $500.

You might be able to get away with filling the gash and just painting the outward face of the wheel, on top of the existing paint. The risk being that the paint will wrinkle or shrink.
