All 100 Founding memberships have long been sold out. For 100K, you get a share of ownership and no yearly dues. A few corporate memberships are still left. Only a handful of the Country Club memberships are left. Soon they will start the waiting list. This level is now up to 25k plus 3k in dues each year. It usually is a bit more crowded on weekends, so if you join, try to go Tuesday thru Friday. Either way, you will get a ton of track time.

are the founding memberships tradeable ? i heard the $25k are only 30% equity. ???

does the track generate enough income to be self sufficient?

30% is a pretty common member-equity level for a private club. It will have to be seen whether the memberships appreciate much.
