I encountered a problem with my door lock on the drivers side. The central locking mechanism locks both doors and both doors lock with the key from the passengers side. When I turn the key In the drivers side door lock it would just turn without locking the door. I figured it could be tumbler problem. So today I removed the inside door panel. The C clip in the back of the mechanism had popped off and there was a spring and a few other parts bouncing around. For the life of me I cant figure out how to put it all back together. Would a fellow 348 owner please email me or post a schematic of a door lock mechanism. Please! I would be grateful. Dave
I wonder if the best way to do it would be to pull the passenger door panel off so you can physically compare the two....? Proabably be alot easier than looking at a schematic... my .02 anyway
