I am looking for a set of OEM 348 seat belts. The 348 I bought has aftermarket "racing" belts and I want to put it back to stock. I don't need the "flying mouse" contraption - just the belts themselves. If you have a set you'd be willing to part with, please PM me. Thanks!

You can probably find then at the same place you buy trailer hitches for an F-car.

Don't you just strap yourself in to your Ferrari with duct tape?!

Actually I think they are on the aisle with the round tail lights / reflectors, which is right behind the Tubi, whatever that is.

Actually, No Doubt, I read one of your earlier threads suggesting a J.C. Whitney set-up. Have you had any experience with these? My mechanic says it won't be up to snuff - the retractors don't work too well.

I just priced them; I haven't actually used the JC Whitney seat belts, but they do at least sell the single lap belt and single shoulder belt as separate units that would technically match up with our 348 setup.

Frankly, the Ferrari seat belt retractors barely work at all, so I'd be hard-pressed to think that the cheap JC Whitney retractors could be any worse.

Funny you should mention that. Actually Ferrari does a great job with what they could get sued on. ABS and SEatbelts are flawless and the ABS even has decent wiring! Now the rest of the car is a real piece of work especially the wiring. I have just stripped out all non-essential wiring out of my racecar. You should see the pile of wires I got and how they weight about 50 lbs!

The seatbelts are fine...but the retractors barely retract on my car. If you're gentle, kind, and patient, they will eventually work.

The auto-tension-locks on the seat belts work pretty well, granted...but retracting the belt back into the box is iffy...
