Hi all, 1991 348TB. All suspension bushings replaced 16,4,4 the total of the 3 different required. Shocks on the way to Rob @ DeltaVee, 360 Upgraded Modulars fitted - Rears are 275/40/18 Fronts are 215/45/18. New crossdrilled rotors & pads also being fitted since its all apart anyways. When I put the modulars on it seemed to raise the car 2cm from stock wheels. Question is this, with all the work done what should be the suspension height front & back (Also what weight to add -where- when checking). I will then get a 4 wheel alignment, do I use the Ferrari specs from the revised TSB (if memory serves me was a 1991/2 service bulletin) I have manuals on disc but I will be damned if I can find the setup info on the suspension. Trying to do this once correctly & cannot find the info I need here If anyone has the suspension sheets to email out of the service book shootem to [email protected] Fatbillybob you seem to have self gained wisdom on this, any measurements you can toss me or suggest>< I will not really be tracking the car much only when I am playing on twisty roads... Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I see other threads but none really nail down where to measure from, how to weight vehicle prior to measuring, etc... Chris
I have a 1991 348TS and put the same tire size you have on the rear..i don't really notice anything..just drive, lay rubber..beat on it
Are you looking for stock ride height or something more agressive. I run 100mm front and 90mm back on the road and then drop that to 90mm front and 80mm back for the track measured from the floor panel in front of the wheel well. I think stock is like 130mm front and 125mm rear when measured from the frame a-arm attachment point.
