i need a car recommendation for a very basic car that I can take to city areas or construction sites and stuff. A real beater, I mean 80% of the time I use the evo and I dont care if it gets banged up and stuff, but I might be doing work in sites that I rather not bring the evo or the audi. Any one have a good recommendation for something I could pick up under 25k that most importantly doesnt get alot of attention. Used or new is good, im thinking like civic or acura. What do you guys think?

I'm not sure why you want to spend $25k on beater but if you rather spend $10-15k I would recommend used Acord 4-cyl (reliable and can take a lot of beating) or new Scion xB (plenty of room and super-econo). Rest of the money transfer towards "parting-hard-at-nights" fund.

FJ Cruiser - fugly car - gets all the attention
IS300 - the most expensive insurance out there
Subie - also highly attractive (and expensive to maintain when moded).

But definitely go with Asian market.

Wasn't he suppose to be driving a camel?

    Oh, that was Nabbsy.
Shivam was the 1 HP horse with blue-tooth and saddle bags full of batteries.
But what came out of the exhaust pipe was at issue wasn't it?
And with PETA, you certainly couldn't use a horse as a daily beater.

For construction sites/work in city, get a Jeep or Chevy Trail Blazer, 4WD. Not new, something a few years old, well broken in (won't cost you much). Then get a couple of magnetic signs made up to show you are in the construction biz, and you'll be able to park all over the city and the cops won't bother you. The unions might, but the cops won't.
