The flag portion, meaning the rotating cover that has the flags on it, I have an extra one of those I could give you. I do not think that is what you want. But if it is, please PM me. I do not have the surrounding plastic trim. That was damaged by a detailer. And is gone.

So you need the whole thing? Surround and the lid? It appears brand new is sold as a whole unit for about $280 + shipping from UK. Doesn't seem the surround is sold separate. I've sent emails to them , no response. They seem to have ALOT of parts listed in stock but when you call or email they are not. So, not sure if they really have them or not.
I'll snap a pic. There's 2 cracks along the thin edge of the perimeter. The piece is broken off. Perhaps it can be glued back, but I'm no expert in repairing these to make that call.
