    Hi everyone - so my alternator is shot and I need a reputable place in Austin to rebuild it.

    It's from a 1991 Porsche 911 and I would rather get it rebuilt then buy a rebuilt one. It's a Bosch unit. Anyone know of a good place I can take it to?

    is San Antonio too far? I know of a place there that rebuilds them on site and open to public. Can't remember name but PM me if you want me to dig for it.
