Utkarsh, You should look into getting a battery tender so you don't have to worry about this happening while you are gone. EVen my car has one. They are really inexpensive and easy to install.

eli, isnt that a trickle charger? i spoke to miller motorcars and they said that its no good for bringing a dead battery to life, just to maintain a live one

You almost definitely do not need a new battery. A jump will not completely recharge your battery, but once you get it started, you can plug in your battery tender and that should bring the battery up to speed over time.

In th future, when you leave the car sitting, just use the battery cut off switch (not sure where it is but almost certain it's in the front trunk). Then, next time you come home, turn the battery switch back and let the car warm up for at least 5-10 minutes so the car computers get up to speed.

    Viola'!

...or plug in the trickle charger while you're at school and you won't lose any presets on the "audiophile" stereo system! ;-)

Yo JC, wish we knew you were in NJ today. Caught up with Jeff and Vik at JD this afternoon and it would have been great to see you as well (even though I had to run out the door and head home to entertain family).

Only one solution, your car needs to be driven more.

I undertsand your feelings Hubi, but I think once you experience the CGT and get a closer look at some of the "special" P-cars, you may change your mind on the subject. You may not voice that change in opinion, but none the less, I think you might feel warmer towards the Marque. F-cars rule...but P-cars ain't all that bad either. ;-)

Chill out Hubi. We are staying with the Ferrari's. We're just appreciating what else is out there. If you think the Carrera GT sux azz, that's fine. But there are others out there that think it's a great supercar. Don't hate, bro. Man up, and learn to co-exist.

    werf zen.

didnt mean to sound tooo strong on my p car statement. some people's favorite color is blue, other's it's green. im just not a fan of p cars. as long as they keep up with the f cars during the runs, it's all good :D

    Guys,

I think we need to rally and do a favor for out scholarly brother, Utkarsh. I think we need to take turns driving his car each weekend to ensure that this terrible thing never happens again. i know it'll be hard and trying work for all of us, but it MUST be done.

Utkarsh: Don't worry about it. We are there for you. No charge. :D

    Emil
